2. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and required materials
- Respond to requests within agreed timeframes

3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified:
- Deposits are required to commence work
- Payment schedules are defined in project agreements
- Final deliverables released upon full payment
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- Clients receive specified usage rights to deliverables
- The Metavision retains copyright to work methods and processes
- Portfolio use rights are reserved unless explicitly restricted
- Third-party assets used under appropriate licenses
5. Revisions and Changes
Revision policies vary by service tier:
- Core Package: 1 revision round
- Advanced Package: Multiple revision rounds
- Complete Package: Unlimited revisions within scope
Scope changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
6. Warranties and Limitations
We warrant that:
- Services will be performed professionally
- Deliverables will match agreed specifications
- Work will not infringe third-party rights
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement, except as required by law or with written consent.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate agreements with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of work completed prior to termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through UK courts.
